Background
Transfer was founded by Mats Holmberg in 2014. During the first years, the focus was on creating a digital platform for matching job seekers and employers. This platform also forms a common base for the companies that have been acquired by Transfer Service Group, a meeting place where employers and job seekers can find each other.

Terms
The executive board of the Transfer Service Group AB has decided to list the company on the stock exchange in 2020. As a part of this resolution, the board has decided to make an equity issue to be able to finance the continuing growth of the company.
