1. Create an account to become a user

Click on Create account, sign up as a self-employed and fill in all fields. Click on the activation link sent to your registered email address (sometimes you will find the link in the junk mail if you haven’t received it to your e-mail address) to activate your account. You will then log in with your email address along with the password you choose.

2. Edit your personal details

Add your experience and fill in your details under my settings. Your contact information is required for the continuation of the application process and to be able to invoice. Make sure you have a detailed profile for the best possible match. Please upload a profile picture.

3. Search for available assignments

When you log in, you can view the latest jobs. Go to job openings to view all jobs. When you click on an available job, you can see all the information about the job. There you can also apply directly or send a message if you have questions or want to know more about the job.

4. Applications & Agreements

Together with the employer, you will agree on the price and scope of the work via our messaging function in the portal. You can aslo  apply for the job directly if all information already is stated in the job ad. When you have a message, you will receive a notification in both the portal and the e-mail address you provided. Thereafter, both parties agree to a contract, and the assignment is ready to be carried out.

5. Create an invoice

Select Create invoice to create your invoice after completed assignment. Fill in all the fields, or select the job to bill, then add row.  There you choose what to invoice (work performed, mileage, expenses) and then fill in all the fields. Expenses are invoiced excluding VAT and original receipts are submitted to Transfer via mail. Click on the Create invoice button at the bottom, and we’ll take on the care of the rest. At Transfer, you can always get consultation and help  with your invoices and other matters.

6. Your payment

We take care of the whole billing process and ensure that the administration is in order. We will contact you if something is incomplete. We pay your salary to your bank account number after we recieved the invoice amount from the client. You can go into the tab salary in the left menu and see the status of your salary and also see the invoice basis.
