Here are four tips:
1. Sleep as much as you like.
2. Do the opposite of what you usually do.Take a passive vacation if you are very active at work and an active vacation if you are passive at work.
3. Don’t plan too much.Too much planning can also create stress.
4. Create communication-free zones. Switch off the mobile and email and take a real break from work.
